We normally work with the following sign board materials:  Corrugated plastic; PVC plastic; Scooter Board (hardboard) and Aluminum
Corrugated plastic refers to a wide range of extruded twinwall plastic sheet products produced from high impact polypropylene resin with a similar make up to corrugated fiberboard. It is a light weight tough material.
We have the following thicknesses: the 4mm, 6mm and 10mm
Polyvinyl chloride, commonly abbreviated PVC, is a widely used thermoplastic polymer. In flat sheet form, polyvinyl chloride is formed in a variety of thicknesses and colors. Plasticized PVC is also used to produce thin, colored, or clear, adhesive-backed films referred to simply as vinyl. These films are typically cut on a computer-controlled plotter or printed in a wide-format printer. These sheets and films are used to produce a wide variety of commercial signage products and markings on vehicles.
Most of our PVC signs are produced on 3mm (1/8”) and 5mm panels.

Scooter Board is our newest product for real estate signs. It is moisture resistant and weighs 1/3 less than high-density hardboards such as Duron. It has a brilliant white plastic laminate finish that is tougher than roller-coated applied paints. It's 3/16" core is perfect for real estate sign frames.

Aluminum
Light-weight yet strong, aluminum signs are one of the most durable sign materials available anywhere. When you are looking for a perfectly smooth, baked-on, high gloss painted finish, aluminum signs project a premium quality image.

One of the most common thicknesses for sign applications is .040" gauge aluminum. This thickness is ideal for standard, 18" x 24" real estate yard signs and is also the recommended thickness for 2' x 3' metal step-stake frames.

The prices on our website are for the 3mm PVC plastic and 4mm corrugated plastic.  The thicker materials, as well as Scooter Board and aluminum will raise the unit cost of the sign depending on which material you choose.
Generally, the most durable and long-lasting sign products are the 10mm corrugated plastic, the Scooter Board and the aluminum panels (although aluminum will bend easily).
