Q: What is your turnaround time?
A. Normal turnaround is 4-7 business days after you approve the graphics, depending on the size of your order and our current workload. Once we have your details we will give you an estimated completion date. If we anticipate a delay we will let you know quickly.
Q: What materials do you use?
A. Most of our signs are made with either PVC plastic or corrugated plastic. The most popular corrugated panels are available in: 4mm (little over 1/8”) – 6mm (1/4”) – and 10mm (3/8”) thick. We also use aluminum (.032” thick). We also have either 3mm PVC plastic or the 5mm (1/4”) PVC panels available. The prices on the site are for signs made with either 3mm PVC plastic or the 4mm corrugated plastic. Our banners are printed on 13 oz. white vinyl.
Q: What is the cost of shipping?
A. The shipping cost includes packaging and is based on the size, the total weight and your ship-to address. Normally we use UPS Ground service, but can use a faster service, if your prefer. Your shipping cost will be included in your quotation.
Q: How are the signs made?
A. Your signs will be digitally printed on vinyl with our large-format printer using solvent-based inks. These inks are designed to last for three to four years in outdoor exposure. The vinyl is then applied to your sign panel. In the past we have used the screen printing process to produce signs, but we no longer offer that service.
